>>48915502I like Clover. I beat the Ebin postgame very recently. The gameplay of it is definitely the highlight of the game. The majority of the fakemon are fun to use, some of my favorites were Skill Link Kings Rock Tripsius, Jewelry Chantruth, U-turn Baitmaster, and mixed Farfigtron. This experimentation was possible thanks to the Grindhaus, which is a great facility for EV training. I only wish it was easier to get a Blobbos with perfect IVs in all stats, I did get one though.
The bosses of the game were very fun to face too. The Shadow Council were some of the most fun experiences I've had playing Pokemon, and the final boss of the game was really tough.
The humor and jokes were alright too, maybe they relied on references too much.
I must give criticism though. The writing kind of goes full retard in the last section of the game. I don't see how this board which always complains about Pokemon's writing produced something like Vyglass. What a shit character, he has practically no screentime but the exposition he gives is so awful it practically destroys the entire game. The lore was dumb and the twist is terrible.
