GameFreak deliberately doesn't give Pokemon realistic amount of teeth to keep the series as cartoony and kid-friendly as possible. This is especially true for post-gen I (see pic). Pokemon usually have only 2 same sized teeth in their upper or lower jaw. Most have no teeth at all. In that sense Luchakitten's jaw seems overly detailed for GFs standards, especially for a Pokemon that's supposed to fight primairly with its arms.
For the record I'm pretty much already convinced these are real, just something to consider.
