>>56132735I still have some hope because personally, Quarantine Crystal alongside Xenoverse and Clover is my holy trinity of (semifinished) fangames. It's very easy to just keep on being negative about dev changes, but at least one version of this was very good for me and if the devs do indeed revert PSS for the final version, we can just go back to previous versions of the game itself.

With Okamikaze it's similar thing to a lot of weak mons ending up being 'god-like' which I do like.
Cigerillar line starts being incredibly weak (starter which is quad weak to flying), but
by the end you get cool sounding and looking guy. To quote pokedex description notes that Okamikaze is drawn to fire, which is why its wings are so burnt, and why it makes vapors so much. It's a nod on the phrase 'like a moth to a flame', I suppose, which doubly works with the fact that cigars are also things you light on flame.
