The climb to the gym is hindered by a huge blizzard, with ice types roaming, and also ghost types at night.
It is difficult to find your way in the storm, but you will ocasionally see fom afar a beautiful woman dressed entirely in a white yukata with white hair and pale skin that doesn't seem entirely human, seemingly show you the way to the top.
Be careful however as she is quite mischevious and will sometimes bring you in obvious traps or misdirections that will make you lose your way in deep snow that make it difficult to walk.
Once you find the gym, she will be there more often but will completely lead you astray and make you lose yourself in rooms and encounter climbers or posessed spiritualists that will challenge you in battle. The trick to find the right way is not to trust her anymore at that point.
The gym leader is a beautiful woman not unlike the one that guided you through the snow, but with jet-black long hair going to her waist, and normal skin. The two share a strange ressemblance as if they were related.
The battle opens with Snow Warning Ninetales (Or it will hail/snow in the gym leader room by default) and ends with Snow Cloak Froslass. The ghosts have stuff like will-o-wisps (cold can "burn") and destiny bond.
Naturally all the special ice types will use Blizzard and not Ice Beam as their main ice STAB

The gym will mysteriously be absent during the day, and there will only be a vast empty area with some few wooden ruins standing in its place...
