I'd give this guy a little leather jacket and a set of nun-chucks, people would probably think it was pretty cute until I snuck up on them, domed them with a shoe, and took their wallet. When he evolves I'd just upgrade him to a crowbar. I feel like people would be more concerned about the Pangoro with a crowbar than the goblin sneaking up on them with a Croc in either hand.
My only true equal would be those cyclist fucks since they wear helmets, rendering them impervious to all but the almighty three shoed beating.
