There, M-Gallade is fixed. It's unflinchable and outspeeds M-Kangaskhan on Turn 1. M-Banette, although still probably shitty, gets Prankster activated on Turn 1 and becomes a pretty good M-Gallade check.
Honestly, having the Speed stat set in stone at the beginning of the turn was a mechanical flaw from the beginning and if GF would rectify it, it would improve the viability of many of the shitmon Megas we've gotten thus far.
I just can't believe that Gamefreak would be dumb enough to acknowledge the brokenness of M-Kang and the only thing they give us is an unflinchable Mega that resists Power Up Punch. Maybe they've recognized the mechanical flaws of Mega evolution too.
