>Step two : Keep them as Nincadas for as long as possible. Evolve one if you are doing DNA Splicer cheese but for the most part keep them unevolved.
>Step three. Play as long as you can and try to grab as many high tier held items as possible (Golden Punch/Multi Lens/Etc)
>Step four. Throw them onto a Nincada and evolve it. Both Ninjask and Shedinja will have the items, duplicating them.
>Step five. Rince and repeat.
