And tragically had to do some sacrificing to setup my dynamax fighting at the end. Barely made it out with my starter. BUT with Catan being 100% fire resistant next gym shouldn't be an issue.

Exp share means less grinding, but it means you have to be careful if you give yourself overlevel restrictions.
Can see Pokemon in world, but it means you have to close your eyes on first encounters which could me running into a trainer by accident.
Dynamax is super OP, but every gym leader does it so you have to be prepared with a full health Pokemon you want to dynamax, which in a Set instead of Switch setting is very difficult it's caused me to have to sacrifice Pokemon.
ALSO wild areas Pokemon go from lvl11 to lvl28 if you don't know which areas have what levels. Best to spoiler yourself on those zones.
