just use charge beam over and over to boost SPAtt, teach it mirror coat to do damage to anyone who uses a special aattack, hyper beam to blast away most anyone with the boost from charge beam, and if things get hairy, just use explosion, since he's going to go first any way, b/c of 140 base speed
