Give each unown one (1) move depending on its letter at lvl 20.
Not a random move, but for example:
All *A* Unowns get Flamethrower
All *B* Unowns get Hurricane
All *C* Unowns get Dark Pulse
You get the idea, not only they all get hidden power, but you can make all sorts of combinations with each.
Also make something more linear to their base stats, like making 85 to all of them or something.
