So for LLCC, you can perma-paralyze an opponent. With Keldeo/Float Stone rotating out, this means your opponent will be forced to play Switch or Escape Rope or you'll get prizes.
So if you pair it with Vileplume, your opponent becomes literally helpless. They'll get one attack after each KO and that's it, and chances are they won't be able to hit for 190 to knock you out. Maybe pair it with Manectric for acceleration, and this ends up sounding like a better deck than Sceptile/Vileplume.
