I really would've liked heatran a lot more if it wasn't a legendary. It does have the whole magma stone thing, but that feels a bit tacked on. It would've been cooler if it was just a super rare pokemon like volcarona or rotom that rarely crawled out of the mantle at certain weak points. It would've been cool to think that there was a just a bunch of super rare powerful mons living beneath the crust that rarely surfaced. This could still totally be the case for Heatran, but they made it a non breedable legandary.
