Pokemon Home can be updated to allow you to export teams real fast with some sort of code, similar to what Animal Crossing has with it's pattern design feature. You could even allow multiple codes to be uploaded for local multi-player.
It'd give people even more incentive to pay their monthly fees for Home, including those who couldn't care less about transferring over old Pokemon.
If they really wanted, it could allow you to even save copies of parties for offline play or allow rental Pokemon for those without home (possibly restricting rentals to offline local play.)
They could even use it for tournaments and other special tournament-like events with special items or even special Pokemon as participation rewards.
It'll never happen though, since that'd require more effort on Game Freak's part
