I said that outrage is risky and with the addition of fairy type is higher risk than it is reward (ergo not a good idea), and that having both on the same set is a bad idea.
And you are using a specific pokemon, Haxorus, which has one of the highest raw attack stats in the game, as an example, and even then your strategy relies on taking more chances than are sensible. Haxorus doesn't even need outrage- Most things will be 1 or 2hko'd by a STAB dragon claw from a choice banded haxorus either way, and using outrage is an even riskier play with a CB set with such a high attack to begin with, forcing a switch when the move subsides or risking a self-ko.
