I had one really carry my team of shitmon in BDSP. I didn't hard commit until the E4 on Sweeping with him but he really shined for me against them. Shame on losing the bug type.

My team didn't do too well, but we scrapped a win regardless. Currently breeding up for the postgame and battle tower. Finished breeding and planning, now gonna EV train and (hack) in Egg moves if I have to. Doubt it'll do well in the Master Class but should be fun for the rematches.

took me a handful of tries (maybe two handfuls..) and I won by realising I could Trick Room safe enough on Lucario to prepare for Garchamp after Toxic stalling out Milotic, Spiritomb and Gastrodon. I had to lower speed on Roserade so I could safely OHKO. After the Trick Room Garchamp Sword Danced and I got complacent on a switch and almost lost Frosslass but amie shit kicked in.

my comp and team sucked so I blame myself, set, no items and being lower levelled than Cynthia.

in hindsight I led myself down a bad path. I'd just used Lopunny in SwSh, Octillery in Radical Red so I didn't use them, I didn't wanna use an overpowered starter, committed early to a Poison type (Drapion) and didn't go ahead Toxicroak, thought I could find a "better" Water Pokemon and never made the move on Mantine, Golduk or Gastodron. The team struggled and I only really loved Vespiquin, Chimecho and Froslass. And even Froslass had the shittest IV spread I'd seen in quite some time.

my team was full shitmon, and I struggled hard against Cynthia. Beat the E4 after a few resets on Bug Boy but I had to rebeat the E4 to get on a decent level with Cynthia (62-63). Like eight tries running Vespequin Toxic Stall and the last minute Trick Room on Chimcheo to finally get Garchamp.

Running some updates on my laptop then gonna take the file from cfw and see how fucked I really was IV wise.
