>>28998241Part of the problem is that nintales is hard to draw thanks to it's tricky anatomy being just realistic enough to be insane. It's not easy for anyone to do it justice, never mind making it look cute even though a fluffy pale fox would be super cute in the real world.
The Phox line has it easier as they are much less realistic so it's easier to make them cute without it looking wrong. If weird human-fox people ran around I'm sure most people wouldn't like the results
except for the furries.
