Unfortunately his last mon Alakazam got a high speed nature (it's randomly picked) and killed Neron, that's a 10% chance with Focus Blast hitting too, so fuck. Psimon revenged.

>>48354950So it actually turns out that Rejuv's dev is removing Intense from the game (over death threats I believe, though publicly he said he didn't like the 'git gud' mentality he saw) at least until the game is complete. I'm probably going to wait until the community makes their own Intense mod to try and nuz it, might try Normal in the meantime since that's still pretty damn hard.

If you do wipe, my best recommendation is to abuse Wellspring Cave's dustclouds at the beginning of the game, for Gems/evo stones. The monkey should also be able to cleanly sweep the first gym leader after a Hone Claws.

Though you could maybe slap Volt Switch on Vikavolt to get momentum, break the Serp's Sash, and go to something that can properly kill Serp (wouldn't she swap Sudowoodo from Rillaboom though?)
