Depending on the weather, Torterra's primary type changes, but keeps the ground type. During Sunny day, it's a fire/ground type, during rain, it's water/ground, sandstorm, Rock/Ground, etc. The primary type of moves also change, so Wood hammer would change to a fire/water/rock/ice move
