Top two rows are mons I used during the main game. I'm trying to make a new team for Ebin, but I'm indecisive. Bottom two rows are perfect iv, best nature, level 1 mons that make up most of the dex I want to playtest except Seamapan, because its one of the few true shitmons in this game. Which of these mons are most likely to end up joining the top level bros?
Also, what's a good level to start off Ebin as? 30? Or should I just powerlevel everything to 85 and use a mix of top and bottom rows.
