I think I just settled on it probably just being a vivid dream, because I do get dreams where I can still distinctly feel the touch of things from the dream even after I wake up.
I do get auditory hallucinations at times, but it's mainly when I'm awake and usually not voices, just banging sounds. Sometimes I also get the overbearing feeling of someone watching me, which is the only thing out of this shit that particularly bothers me. I dunno, I think it's just my imagination running wild and seeping into real life
