Reasons:
1) ultimate charizard box
2) during the golden age of cards/sword/shield era
3) A LOT of those cards have quality issues (centering and etc) so future soi-jacks from Youtube (or collectors) will be having those for experiments "what if THIS box has PERFECT CENTERING" or stuff like that. Like they do these days with "omg this is a booster from 90s! what if it has charizard inside??"
4) it's a charizard box...the most hyped shillmons with price that never goes down...only up up and up.
