Her damage is gimped hard until the opponent syncs, which is probably the worst restriction a unit could ever have. Even on legendary area the opponents sync resets every time an hp bar goes down, so Gloria's damage can't even stay high there.
Not to mention she has the worst grid in the game too, there's not a single useful node on that fucking thing.
