In addition to level up, we are able to distribute e-speed by event and by breeding. The exact number will be forthcoming, as there wasn't a clear majority.
So there will have to be runoffs for Q3 (how many pokes can get e-speed by level up - between 2 and 3), for Q4 (which will be between 2 and No max), and for orbatom and machima by level up, since those were suggested at least 3 times for Q7.
As for Q2 (the 'other options') both a secret move tutor and 'going fast' will be left up to the thread to decide (though i can survey if people want).
