Both Gen 7-8's route design are way more limited than Gen 5/6's. There are, at most, minimal cutscenes in Gen 5/6, while in Gens 7/8, they're at every corner. The way legendaries and mythicals are handled (really, in Gen 8 only) are somewhat dumbed down. But I would expect nothing more from Yawnie!
