Sadly, poor Regigias isn't very capable a fighter due to it's inability to fight until five turns have passed. If you want the most out of it, however, there is ONE way to stall out time...
Regigigas @ Normalium Z
Ability: Slow Start
EVs: 248 HP / 252 Atk / 8 SpD
Adamant Nature
- Psych Up
- Knock Off
- Return
- Drain Punch
With Psych-Up, Regigias can copy enemy stat boosts and try to turn their power against them, but you might also be noticing I gave him a Normalium Z. That's not for Return: when Psych-Up is used with Normalium Z, it will fully heal the pokemon who used it. It's notable as the ONLY way Regigigas can restore his health, and while it might only work once Regigigas is so insanely durable it could very well be enough for him to get his act together.
Once he's healed up and ready to rumble be prepared for enemy attack. Thunder Wave is a good alternative to put on this set to cripple switch in, and Regigigas ABSOLUTELY needs Fighting Types off the field before he attempts to sweep, as otherwise he's wide open to be forced out and his heal will be wasted. Don't be fooled however, as with Normalium Z Regigigas can buy enough time to ready a rampage and really rain down the hurt on unsuspecting low ladder schmucks.
It might be unorthodox, but you can copy both enemy set up moves AND heal yourself for full! What's not to love? So go out and give it a try, because I just coughed this up and haven't used it at all before so I don't know if it's good or not. But it's worth a shot, right?
