>>27593817It's different, it's kind of scary/uncanny looking and some people like me enjoy that from time to time. Also he seems to fit the circus theme that I thought Popplio embodied. I never thought about him becoming a mermaid, it's not the weirdest evolution because stuff like samuroth exists but it seems off.
