I highly doubt they ever will, and in the end the dex cut will always have been an intentional decision to spit on Iwata's grave when Pokemon Bank could have easily been ported to the Switch with whatever features (which they clearly don't care to implement because you all bought it anyway) Home is supposed to have in the future.
