a +40 to Wailord's BST is equivalent to Masquerian, who also received a +40 buff (the greatest one yet).
Wailord's abilities would be changed to Storm Drain, Drizzle, and Filter as its HA.
For new news, I'd say have it learn Explosion, Cosmic Power (Egg move), Recover, Earth Power, and Liquidation.
