Mewtwo - Seemingly one of the main villains of the series. When deoxys came to earth to infect him and several other powerful pokemon, he instead joined of his own free will, claiming that he felt an affinity for Missingno as another artificial being. His true motives are debatable.
Deoxys - An creature created when excess energy from Missigno's rift in reality warped random alien DNA into something impossible and unnatural. At first, Deoxys sees Missingo as its god, as he was the one that created it, and therefore carries out Missingo's will on earth without question. It uses its ability to clone itself, as well as its many forms, to infect the most powerful pokemon it could come in contact with and recruit them into Missingo's "army". As Deoxys travels the earth, meets other pokemon, and gains more and more power he beings to question his undying loyalty to Missingno.
Deoxy's infection takes control of the pokemon's mind, much like certain parasites, and expresses itself outwardly through slight discoloration of the eyes and streaks of red and green when the infected is attacked or confronted by strong memories, showing that the grip on the pokemon's mind is weakening.
