I personally want a Ra or Horus counterpart to go with Lucario, maybe a Fighting/Flying type (hey, it could be even related to Hawlucha, his Egyptian cousin or something).
How about a legendary trio based on the Imperial Regalia of Japan? The Kusanagi sword (Steel/Fighting), the Yasakani jewel (Steel/Psychic), and the Yata mirror (Steel/Fairy). They can even go full troll mode and make them literal animated objects.
