Good god man why are you making such a huge fuss about this. No the connection with sheep isn't THAT strong, it's only vaguely alluded too, but there IS sheep elements going on here. I don't understand why you're so irrationally opposed to this. Cotton is fluffy, sheep are fluffy, it's a common association.
