This was the point we were at while discussing the pengliff line's moveset. Roost got killed by the fact that penguins can't fly. Some suggested that Icicle Crash fit the level up list for the line better than ice punch (would still be a tutor move) and that avalanche could be Penglacier only in this line. Rockslide over Mudslide in the level up list but maybe Mudslide could be an egg move.
