he's been my favourite since i was around 12ish.
back on pearl i didnt know a lot about the friendship mechanic so i just grinded for a super long time until my riolu grew to level 70 lol.
he miiight of been holding an everstone by accident oops.
still grew to love the little guy.
i should try what i like to do with my non-sylveon or flareon eevees and just not evolve him in a game to see how strong i can get him on his own.
