>>57826518Only the part that returns a percentage of damage, IIRC it only hits if the target is nearby and it only the one who procced it while Bramble Vest always hits targets no matter the range and can hit multiple targets at a time, also Rocky Helmet does nothing against Heals while Bramble Vest applies Grievous Wound(Anti-Heal) to any target hitting the user and continuously as long said targets keep hitting user
