>>34384710The content that the game has as it is is fine for what the game sets out to be. The problem is it's so poorly executed that it feels incredibly shallow.
>main gameplayBring the old tracker back. Modify it if it's too stressful on their servers, but the one we currently have is garbage in comparison.
>gymsReduce Golden Razz Berry's effectiveness when feeding remotely. It's counterproductive for what the whole new gym system set out to do, and that was to make gyms less stagnant. Fighting the same 3100 Blissey ~20 times is not fun.
This is a personal thing, but I'd love to be able to spin a gym you're in AND have the gold badge for remotely. Even if you only get half the items. As it is, there's almost no reason to put yourself in a gym you have the gold badge for unless you're hurting for coins.
>raidsRemove the raid curfew. Niantic should not be responsible for children/autists going bump in the night. It's the duty of the local authorities to keep them in line. Obviously closed off areas would be exempt (as far as I know, gyms in certain locations shut down completely during certain time frames to discourage people from trespassing - this could apply to nightly raids at specific gyms as well).
EX Raids need to go. It's a flawed system that only benefits people who have no other obligations or responsibilities. I'm all for secluding special legendary Pokemon to a select few trainers, but make them earn it instead of hoping that RNG decides to bless you with not only an EX Raid pass, but a convenient time and location for it.
>additional featuresA daily quest system with attractive prizes would incentivize playing a lot more. They'll be optional, so you can ignore them if you want, but rewards like EXP, Stardust, and other goodies will make people want to do them. You could even tie in a long, dedicated questline to replace the terrible EX Raid system. Daily streaks are good, but aren't fun.
I have more, but I'm tired and at the character limit.
