Leech Seed first, then Natural Gift for a STAB 100 Grass move. Boosted Acrobatics should the situation call for it, or Recycle to reload another Natural Gift. With its average defences and slight LS support, Simisage should be hurt enough to activate Overgrow to further boost the Natural Gift.
Alternately, Gluttony to activate the Liechi berry earlier without risking going into the red.
