I bought official Cyndaquil and Celebi plushies at some Japanese store at a mall. They were adorable; the rest were okay, but Nintendo generally only makes plushies of commonly-known pokemon like Zoroa, Pikachu, starters (Cyndaquil was the only one there), and the usual first-route pokemon.
