Have 3 or 4 bodies connected like pic related in an open circle. No arms. Each leg has a different rune. The faces are instead a hollow coconut open face, like a shy guy mask. The face holes and leg runes glow when it (they?) attack. Add something more visually interesting on the heads to complete the design.
Now it works much better as a mysterious rare ancient Stonehenge pokemon with a appeal that matches the weirdness of that concept.
