Was cutting its speed from 102 to 92 REALLY necessary to preserve game balance? I'm glad that mega garchomp is getting its shine in ZA but it sucks that one of the coolest mega evolutions is relegated to the "worse than the base form" category. With the insane powercreep in every generation, mega chomp with better speed doesn't seem that egregious in retrospect.
