Therefore, if running M-Gyarados, pair it with a high-level Metagross, as it beats 5/6 of the things that beat Gyarados (ignore Zarude; no one has a level 50 Zarude).
tl;dr M-Gyarados is meta-defining. If possible, support it with Metagross (most preferably a high-level one) and a strong Sylveon or Togekiss.
