>>53341458What type of Pokemon does a standard Pokemon SWAT team carry?
We immediately think of dogs when we think cops, but that's only because we have no better options irl. What if our police forces had access to a vast array of diverse magical monsters? Would they lean into brute force and devastating attackers, or more subtle threats specialized in subduing and disabling?
Big riot shields and Arcanines breaking down doors just seems limiting. Would that *really* be everything the State, with a vast budget and a status quo to sustain, be capable of procuring?
Teleporters to pop right inside of buildings, psychic types to sense and straight up disable any minds in the vicinity, spores, shadow travel via ghost or dark types, Zoroark illusions. There's a lot of scary options out there.
