In the case of most of the future paradoxes, I would not see a problem if they were only handled as genderless since they are only robotic imitations, the exception is Miraidon, which still has organic parts.
Regarding the 4 legendaries, these would lack gender as they are only simulacrums/golems/elementals, but merely for artistic taste, I see the snow leopard as female.
