Replaying Emerald using a romhack that, admittedly, changes it a bit by adding some stuff like the physical/special split, reusable TMs, and level caps and, honestly, I've been having a lot of fun. The game oozes a lot of charm, and my poor teambuilding skills have left me in a pickle quite a bit - Brawly and Wattson have absolutely floored me, and I've just reached Fallarbor. But losing is fun - battles are like puzzles, where you've got to find the 'correct' combination with the tools you have (i.e., your Pokémon), and I love solving these 'puzzles'.
