I'm glad to know Debby was written well, the toughest part for me was her southern accent haha.
I also tried to keep her "Power Level" as ambiguous as possible, while hinting at the fact she might be quite strong. At the end we see she has the decapitated head of the iron bundle, but we don't know how she has it.
