The new games are missing a lot from what we've seen: they need more game balance with leveling, some of the animations look like placeholders (and some look nice), the textures are plain, and the Wild Area feels more procedurally generated than thoughtfully curated. This isn't about Dexit or peak Charizard. It is about an unfinished game. It is what I imagine Breath of the Wild looked like a year or two before its release.
