Diamond's training in Victory Road has come to an end. Earth, with Aquarius' help, has mastered the art of swinging the tree on his shell as a weapon. Shaula and Pluto have returned from the mountaintops, battered and battle-ready. The Ghost Bros have floated out of the depths of the caves, where Gravastar learned to cool his fists to absolute zero. Atop the mighty waterfall before the League's castle, Pearl challenges Diamond to a final showdown.
Hubble sets up a Sub against Staraptor, who does meager damage with Aerial Ace. Hubble zaps the bird with T-bolt.
Floatzel is next and outspeeds with Crunch, destroying the Sub but also succumbing to T-bolt.
Roserade is third and Hubble swaps for Pluto on a Shadow Ball prediction, however it went and landed a GrassWhistle instead. Roserade jabs the sleeping Pluto, who luckily wakes up on the following turn to OHKO with Flamethrower.
Heracross enters, so Hubble returns to the fight and tanks a Rock Slide instead of the expected CC. Hubble goes for an Air Slash but MISSES, and Hera lands a Night Slash like it's a Black Flash from Jujutsu Kaisen. Hubble is already in the yellow at this point, so I feared its impending death, but it SURVIVES ON 4 HP. Hubble rises and launches an Air Slash that cuts up Heracross instantly.
Hubble escapes as Infernape enters, the perfect opponent for Shaula who tanks an Aerial Ace and Flamethrower before burying the monkey with Earthquake.
All that leaves is Snorlax, who Earth prepares to brawl. Earth chips away with Giga Drain and Earthquake while Snorlax spams Body Slam, until Earth has suffered enough damage for Gravastar to take over. Snorlax rests to recover from the previous fight, so Grav begins to ORA ORA ORA with Ice Punch. After 3 punches, Snorlax awakens only to rest again, and so the pattern of 3 Ice Punches followed by Rest continues two more times. On the 3rd rotation, Grav finally lands a critical hit on his 2nd punch, so the sleeping punching bag goes down to the 3rd punch.
