-ALL these pokémon are legal. Therefore they're usable in official nintendo competition . It doesn't mean they are legit. A legit pokémon is obtainable ingame or via an event. But even if a legal pokémon may be edited or hacked, it will still be perfectly seen as "possible" by the game all around.
-Each pokémon is thus a copy of a legit pokémon (events/cherish), or has been edited/forged to be as cool as the game allows (shininess, perfect IVs, good nature, DW, smogon-builded, etc.) This means that for instance every shiny Kyogre will have the same nature and IVs, but each one of them is still perfectly fine. I also gave good EVs to most non-baby, non-legendary and non-event pokémon.
-You can find those I didn't make myself on Pokécheck. I'll take your requests for future additions to the list. (I generally give you a few minutes of the last added pokémon.)
