Look at the tower for instance. It looks like its not been UV unwrapped properly. Look at the waviness of the texture at the top, and how there's no consistency with the length,size and angle of the bricks. Truly awful work.
The whole thing looks like it was made by a bunch of amateurs learning 3D modeling for the first time.
