>>34984452If you look closely, the small thrusters on its arms seem to move slightly in some of its animations, so it's possible that they really can move around like fingers (and I choose to believe they can). But if that's meant to be the case, it really is strange that the concept art doesn't show it. Granted, Celesteela's concept art is abnormally barebones for some reason, so maybe it's not too surprising.
