Gen 3 was objectively the worst if you played Pokemon before or after it and could see it's flaws with clear vision, but just like genwunners the Hoennfags childhood memories cloud their judgement about how good Ruby and Sapphire actually were. Hence all the threads wanting Hoenn remakes even though 90% of Pokemon players would say that 1 time through Hoenn is more than enough.
